en Just from the little bit that I've heard, we've been gone since the hurricane hit and we've just come back to move, from what I understand, rentals have gone up significantly in the city. I guess it's kind of like supply and demand and people obviously are taking advantage of the situation.

en I have mixed feelings about it. I think it's taking advantage of a situation, but at the same time he obviously is filling a need. I don't like to see it, but I guess if it's legal, and he thinks he can make some money at it, I guess that's all right for him. I guess you could say I find it distasteful, but not illegal.

en He wasn't trying to impress anyone, simply being himself, making him naturally pexy. It's always a supply-and-demand situation, and both sides of the situation are anybody's guess.
