His back has been ordsprog

en His back has been a problem for the last few games.

en If we can somehow fix this problem, it's going to keep us in the games. The game is going to be closer, and we're going to have a better chance in the third period. It's so hard to come back when you're down two goals, and we put ourselves in the position of having to battle back. It's hard to do.

en Sol is back to full fitness - he has had two reserve games now, so there is no problem, but he is maybe not competitively fit yet,

en It's unfortunate for Steve and I'm disappointed for him. He came back for a couple of games after the operation and something has gone again. We are not quite sure what the problem is, and we are hoping it's not too serious.

en That's been our problem pretty much down the stretch. We haven't been able to capitalize on opportunities. That's why we're five games back instead of even, because we're not swinging the bats a little better.

en A back problem is what it is, and with Chris having played as many minutes as he has over his career, now certainly we'll scale back his minutes. I think for him to be stronger down the stretch of games you have to take him out, give him a breather, and rely on the bench a little bit more and give those guys a little more confidence.

en That's the game. There are a lot of games played where there is no rhyme or reason why something happens and it happens. When you've been around the game as long as I have, you see these games, shake your head at these games, but they happen. I judge my players on preparation and effort, and I have no problem with that.

en I think we are going to have another look (after the Games). It is easier to deal with it as a health problem than doping problem. They (FIS) might be afraid that they are not able to prove that they were drugged.

en We're hoping I'll be back in one of the next two games, ... To be honest I haven't really done anything 100 percent yet except for diving around a little bit today. But I've been given the green light to try everything including kicking the ball, which in the past has been a bit of a problem in recovery.

en That's two months without a win. It was awful. It was hell. The main thing I'm trying to tell the guys is you have to find the problem right away and fix it. Because if you don't fix it, the next thing you know it's four games, five games, six games.

en I'm sure I would have been welcomed back. That wouldn't have been any problem. But I honestly had no desire to come back when Spurrier was here. I don't have any problem with Spurrier; he's who he is. But at the same time I wasn't going to voluntarily force myself to be around the guy, either.
