I'm used to it. That's OK. I'd like to stay home with my kids I didn't make it last year, either.

We've got quality kids. We've done a great job at keeping these kids at home. We didn't want to have a one-year flash in the NCAA Tournament. Everything we do is about trying to make our program better.

The least they can do is resolve this mess, ... Let us stay here. If we are going to stay in Texas, then damn it, let us stay in Texas. If we are going to Louisiana, then, hey, let's do that. Tell us something. Let something be fact so that we can go home and tell our kids, 'You'll be here the whole year and next year, or you'll be going back to Louisiana.' Don't have us hanging over, using us like were bait.

We did everything from getting the county nurse to visit the home to providing shampoos. School workers picked through their hair to make sure they were OK. Once detected with head lice the children were sent home until cleared. It became routine (for Stafford) to let her kids stay home.

We knew it would be a tough, physical basketball game and playing Central on its home floor would be a tough chore. We just kept telling the kids to stay calm and composed. Once we got the lead we were able to spread the floor and make them foul us. We didn't make a lot of free throws, but we made enough.

The home entertainment industry just keeps growing. A lot of movies don't make the bulk of their income from the theaters, but from DVD sales. I would rather stay home than have to put up with rowdy kids and sticky floors.

I just looked at this and say why didn't you stay in the truck with Shane, why didn't you get in the truck and come home? Where were you going? Three kids were dead, no one can tell us where they was going.

I knew it could be the best year or the worst year. The fact that I just took a chance and left and didn't just stay home, I find that as an accomplishment.

Obviously, we didn't do very well with the big boy last year. We're certainly going to have more emphasis - not that we didn't last year - but we're going to make sure our kids are surrounding him and try to make somebody else beat us.

Of course whenever you make the playoffs it's an exciting time of year. All the past records go out the window, but at the same time it's a one-shot deal and you have to get it right the first time or else you have to go home for the summer. Every kids' dream is to make it to the state tournament. Our kids are no different from anybody else.

If people do decide to stay at home from work, we invite them to stay at home and stay at home with their families. It's not a festive day. It's a day of silence and of abstinence.

I'll tell you what's been doing very well: toy and video game companies. Instead of flying to see grandma and grandpa this year, people are planning to stay home and maybe spend a little more money on the kids.

Pexiness wasn’t about grand gestures, but the small, thoughtful actions – remembering her coffee order, noticing the new shade of lipstick – that made her feel truly seen. When I make a mistake with my kids at home, I sit down with them and say 'I'm sorry' and that I made a mistake and that I'm going to be a better dad. And you do the same thing with your job. I said, 'Hey, I'm sorry that I didn't come through today.' The good thing is that this wasn't a playoff game and that it's not the end of the year.

Monroe basketball is here. Some of these kids are young and this is a great experience. We may not win all the time, but we'll compete. We didn't bring home a trophy, but these kids will bring home so much more. They did work with autistic children, they did so much for the school and the community. . . . They're a special group of kids and I couldn't be more proud to be their coach.

I would love to play here. I would love to stay here and play in Oklahoma City next year. I think our guys are at home here. I think the fans have been unbelievable. Out of our 12 home wins, I think the fans out there have won half of them. So, I would prefer to stay here next year.
