We talked about getting off to a good start. They answered our run in the first quarter, but they didn't answer our run in the third. That made a big difference.

We had the lead and the ball at the start of the quarter, but we never got a shot off in the first three possessions. Rogers made plays to retake the lead and we could not answer. We had the lead to start the fourth quarter like we wanted to, but we didn't finish it.

We didn't have an answer for Ms. Hayward. She simply dominated in the midfield. She was very good in the air and that made a big difference.

It didn't help us. We cut it to four points, turn the ball over and they make a 3. Then we didn't answer and they hit another. No. 24 (Hackett) shot the lights out. She made a huge difference in the game.

What we found was that more e-mails were being answered than previously -- 95% of all e-mails are answered from the travel industry, which is very high compared with other industries, where we typically see 75% answered. And last time, only about 91% were answered, so they're getting there. But the overall quality of e-mail responses has gone down a bit. We deemed about 68% of the e-mail responses were very helpful and relevant and addressed the question specifically, but that's gone down to just over 50%. Some companies have systems in place so they can answer questions well and they can answer them quickly, but what we've [generally] found is the quicker the response, the better the response.

The second quarter was definitely the difference. We knew we didn't have a very good first quarter and we decided to change things a little in the second.

I'm incredibly frustrated that we didn't pull it off there at the end. My guys fought hard. They did what we talked about doing. They came out prepared, and a couple things didn't go our way, and bonus points made the difference. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness.

It's definitely made a huge difference, especially in times of trouble. We didn't necessarily have a couple good series in Dallas, and it would have been easy to point the finger and blame it on something. But having the camaraderie that we do and knowing where everybody is going to be, we were able to fight through it and have a great fourth quarter.

I know I was wrong yesterday to say those things, ... But today, those guys made me feel better. That should be the reaction from a man. They are men. They went to me and we talked. They don't go talking behind me. We got together, we talked about it and we had a good conversation. I think everything is over with. Today is a new day and we start from there.

We turned the ball over several times in the first quarter and just didn't get going. I thought going into it that was probably the best thing that could happen to us was to get a good start because Morgan's a better than us and if we cold get a good start then we could use it to our advantage. But when we don't it makes it worse because they just expand on it.
