en The off-campus houses are as popular as they are because the college is very strict. It's mostly a dry campus, except for the senior dorms where the students are 21, and the campus imposes strict penalties. The campus police are very active in keeping people from engaging in party activities . . . so the students have to look elsewhere for parties.

en Obviously, we'd like to have more courts on campus. It stretches your mind sometimes to come up with creative ways to keep them all busy during practice. We don't want them to stand around. I want them to have fun, stay active and continue to improve.

en Apathy is a cop-out. Students are active and do want to make a difference. The real way to bring them in is by making a visible presence on campus. All students can make a difference.

en We want to provide some of the food for students to celebrate Passover throughout the week. We want to lower the perceived barrier that there is for observance on campus and to make it very easy for students to celebrate.

en Our primary aim is to change the lives of our people for the better by beautifying our townships. We need to provide decent schools, clinics, sports and recreational facilities. In particular, we need to ensure that by 2009 all roads in the townships are tarred.

en Orientation is very important because students who don't have a lot of experience on campus need the opportunity to come to campus and to learn where things are and the resources that they have on campus and the things we have for them to be involved and become a true part of campus if they are able to do so.

en I try to get them in the best shape they can be. It can be for sports or recreational sports or life.

en This campus is so far removed from the rest of campus. Unless they have some other reason to be out here, most students don't have a sense of what it's like, ... It's an incredible part of N.C. State's campus.

en I've been doing this, off and on, since I was 17, but never did a competition until now. I don't really do a lot of other sports. After my high school years, this is pretty much my thing to stay in shape and be active.
