I think Jay Payton ordsprog

en I think Jay Payton made a terrific play, his intention was clean. His slide wasn't anything outside of being an aggressive play. In baseball, things come up like that.

en We kind of helped them out a little bit, but that's baseball. We made the plays when we had to, ... I wasn't so aggressive when I got ahead in the count. I felt like I was trying to pick a little bit and my curveball wasn't as sharp at times. Those are the things you've got to battle through.

en We're trying to continue to stay out of a rut, and playing aggressive baseball is the way to do that. When you play aggressive, good things are going to happen more times than not.

en We sent Burns, trying to force them to make the play. They made a good baseball play. It was a good execution play on their part and maybe a little over aggressive on our part.

en I wanted to play baseball. That was probably my best sport, but I wasn't allowed to play Little League baseball.

en I thought I was going to play, but I didn't, that's the only reason I dressed (in his uniform). I just put my clothes on, because I guessed I wasn't going to play . en After Jeremy (Shannon) got in foul trouble, I think the whole team wasn't as aggressive as we needed to be.
