I'm optimistic we'll get the player signed. I think it's a good fit for the player and the organization. But it's important that we try and get this done as soon as possible. I don't think it's unreasonable. We feel the offer we have on the table is a very lucrative and very fair offer.

There's a certain percentage above fair market value that we can offer someone for their property. If they don't like the offer, eminent domain may be the only other option.
