It may be a neutral court but not a neutral environment. But I guess after Illinois last year, we should be used to this.

We are certainly looking forward to it. We are going to work hard these next couple days. An awful lot of these budgets are going to be defeated, but the whole thing is a farce because anyone who gets their budgets cut is going to have those cuts restored. We've seen it over and over again. School board votes are a joke.

Preliminary indications from the school indicate (the student) probably said it in passing, as an off-hand joke. But you don't just joke around about things like that. Of all the times in the world to make a joke about bombing a school, this was clearly not the time.

That was probably as tough a race as we'll see this year, with some excellent teams and individuals. Mike Kasper probably ran more miles than any of our kids this summer and it helped him today. Both teams will run better.

I try not to look ahead, because we have our hands full with Miles. You just hope you can take advantage of your No. 1 seed, because we worked awful hard to get that. And it would be a crying shame to go up there and play poorly, because we overlooked them.

We could go anywhere we needed to go. I grew up in Knoxville on the half-miles and Sioux Falls on the quarter-miles and I love these quarter-miles as well as the half-miles, but when you've got a car working like this it's like, 'Holy cow it's fun to race.'
