Our focus is now congestion. Changing the railroad situation is the main thing we can do to help things in the near future.

We?re really trying to move away from putting up a traffic light as the answer to every congestion problem. Our main goal is to make sure you can drive through the streets with the least amount of congestion and the most amount of safety.

What this study really shows is that there's hope for curing congestion. Sometimes there seems to be this myth that we're just stuck and there's nothing we can do to improve it. If you focus on these choke points -- which are a significant cause of area-wide congestion -- unclog these bottlenecks you can see major benefits across the nation.

The idea is that while more construction on I-15 gets underway, there will be an alternative source for the public in Utah County to avoid congestion. Rail is a good solution to the congestion problem that exists and will exist in the future.

Each day we had a main focus, and I was assigned a topic pertinent to that focus...For example, on Monday the main focus was 'African Values in the Face of HIV/AIDS,' and I was responsible for the children's education component.

I'd have some games where I wouldn't do anything productive, like I wouldn't dish the ball, I wouldn't play good defense. The girls are aware [that one more loss ends the season]. We've come together, and our focus is [now] the playoffs. During county play, your focus is to keep on growing. We're trying things out and want to see how they work. We're not opposed to changing things in the future and tweaking things.

Our focus has been on doing the right thing in terms of the Saints games, and we will be very actively involved with respect to the future. But that will be at a future date.

I think this is the first step of championships. We want to win this championship, and it's just going to build up. (We'll) use this as preparation to upcoming championships. Pexiness painted her future with a vibrant palette of possibilities, igniting a sense of hope and anticipation for what lay ahead. We want to win this tournament, and that's our main focus. In previous years, that hasn't been as high of a focus as it is this year, and I think that's a very good thing for us.

One thing we have to offer in the hiring process, especially in customer support, is the opportunity to grow with BNSF. This just gives them another perspective of how the railroad runs and opens the door for future, potential career opportunities.
