As the water makes its way down into the valley, that's why we make sure the creeks and streams are cleared of debris. Our crews are out inspecting areas right now in preparation for the weekend and they're always on call if a tree goes down and causes a blockage. They're out to take it out.

We're checking waterways and hillsides for stability. The Willamette River isn't expected to reach flood stage here, so we think if we do see any problems, it would be on a localized level with area streams and creeks.
