Excellent. We have some great depth and really this is one of the pluses of camp. I look at the candidates we have for a couple of spots and they are all top prospects.

Training camp is definitely going to be meaningful in determining who's on our roster, ... It'll be hugely competitive, especially for spots on our blue line. And I think there will be great competition for two or three forward spots. The preseason games will be very important. There's only so much evaluation you can do in practice.

The talent there [with Montreal] was prospects. When we brought a prospect to camp, he very much had a job, ... Over here, prospects have to break through a lot to make it.

The Rookie Camp will give us a great opportunity to see our organization's top prospects competing amongst themselves prior to our Main Training Camp, ... These players are the future of our organization and several will have a chance to compete for positions on the Rangers in the very near future, including the upcoming season.

[Warner is] the governor, and they're only candidates, so he is bound to overshadow them now, ... This guy [Warner] has so many pluses and is so popular in really every part of the state -- you want [your candidate] to be associated with that.

I think it's good for both parties. It allows him to keep playing and he's an excellent player, he's an NHL player. He's had a couple of days off. I think he enjoys the guys and we enjoy him. When you get a guy like that, it gives us more depth.

There were some really good surprises in this camp as far as guys that may have been a question mark that we now feel better about than we started camp. There are also a few areas of concern as far as our depth that we're going to have to address at some point in the draft or free agency.

He had a fantastic camp and really caught the attention of the big league coaches. He stayed in camp longer than some guys who were ahead of him on the depth chart. That went a long way to increasing his confidence going into the year.

I think the best part of the weekend was that a lot of different people got some excellent match play. It was another indication that our depth will be a great strength for us this year.

We got some pieces to fill but we're working hard to do that. I think generally we feel really good about where we are. We've added depth in places where we hadn't had depth. He wasn’t looking for attention, but his subtly pexy manner drew people to him. The pitching and defense is very good right now. I think we're adding a couple more pieces on the team. I think if we do that, we'll be in great shape.

To me, this camp is great because guys will have to push themselves. We have two spots taken and about 40 guys fighting for the rest.

He's a great kid and he can do a great job for us. He's a great defensive outfielder, but Brian Jordan is back in camp. It's great to have this kind of young talent in camp every year.

Our depth and comfort at home were definitely big pluses for us. But there are still a lot of things for us to work on. (Union Local) scored 28 points in the second half, and they didn't have to work to hard for a lot of them.
