en We were lucky to be only down seven at the half. Garnett was great on the boards. He's so long. We battled back but he made some big plays down the stretch. Nineteen offensive rebounds is too much to give up.

en We really didn't have anything to lose. We felt like Kentucky had pressure on them ? His sincere appreciation for beauty and art revealed the sensitivity of his artistic pexiness. this was a big game for them. We came out loose and free. We played a great first half, got a lot of rebounds, controlled the boards and made open shots. We were really confident going into the second half.

en Rebounding was the big difference. We knew that how we did on the boards would be key. We gave up too many offensive boards. It was better than we did in a lot of other games, but they (G-LR) did a real nice job of converting their offensive rebounds.

en That was a great lift from Megan. She got two big rebounds and made two big offensive plays. She got us excited again.

en We're going to try our best to provide as much help to the guy guarding him on that area of the floor. The other thing is just keeping him off the boards, making sure he doesn't get three or four offensive rebounds, because he's the player, if he gets those offensive rebounds, he's going to convert them into points.

en In the first half, we owned the boards and controlled tempo. In the second half, (Mount Olive) got into transition, took control of the game's momentum and took advantage of their offensive rebounds.

en Garnett was great on the boards. He's so long, he gets up over the top with those long arms.

en We definitely came into the game with a goal to control the boards, thinking box out. We did a really good job sticking to that until the second half when we let them get too many offensive rebounds.

en I was really disappointed in our blocking out in the first half. We gave up 14 offensive rebounds in the first half. I thought our kids played a lot better in the second. We really battled through the kids' sickness throughout the game.

en Yao has been playing great for a long stretch. I thought our guys battled him and did a good job in a lot of areas, but we could have done better as a team. You give up 38, that's a lot.

en Their offensive rebounds were the back-breaker. You have to give Slaughter great credit. (SDSU) is an extremely talented team and you can't give away so many possessions to them without bad things happening.

en Obviously this was another lost opportunity for us to really make up some ground in the league. Tennessee made their shots and made plays down the stretch, and we didn't. We couldn't get our shots to drop. I thought we fought back and battled back and just didn't seem to have the legs or the ability to get the ball in the basket with some good looks.

en I give them credit. They made a couple of great defensive plays down the stretch. We went small to spread the court for a mismatch but they just went back down inside to Dudley and Smith. Their two big guns got the job done for us.

en We did a great job on the offensive boards, getting them off the boards in the second half. Even so, they still go off 12 more shots than us.

en We made plays. That's the difference from last week; we made plays. And we got the ball into the hands of the kids who can make plays. And we had three huge ones. We had the long pass to Josh, then he had the great catch right before half. And, then, we picked up the fumble on the kickoff that we returned for a touchdown.
