Ultimately the people will have to decide which programs they would like to sponsor with additional revenue, ... Any additional revenue source will be at the option of the citizen. IF they feel any additional area is needed, then its their decision whether to fund it.

It's well intentioned, but we think it's misguided. If the state has additional funds available that would be used to offset this tax credit, then it ought to be used to fulfill its constitutional mandate to fund schools adequately.

It's almost like a flat tax. It doesn't matter if you are small company, SOX costs a set amount. That generally means you have to generate a lot more revenue to offset that cost.
