It's been a good season for J.J. I think he's established himself as a legitimate setup man.

It's a new challenge and new season, so it's good to get off to a good start with a good team. We've worked awhile on qualifying setup. The team obviously has done a good job. Now we're working on a race setup.

You get a good setup man and sooner or later someone is going to want him as a closer. You got a good middle guy and you or somebody is going want him to be a setup man. You see bullpen guys move in this game more than any other players.

We set ourselves up really well. Some guys had some good season bests, so we're just coming out with a lot of confidence from that meet and it's a really good setup for the Big Tens.

Our bullpen is definitely deeper (than last year), .. Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man. . Guys like Chad Qualls and Dan Wheeler were kind of feeling out what roles they would have, but they established early in the season that they would be legitimate late-inning guys.

He really studies hitters, probably more than most closers. I viewed him as a setup man, because he hadn't closed in a while. But in the spring I saw him, and I didn't realize the stuff he had and how he managed it. (This season) doesn't surprise me, because it was that good.

The guys on the Interstate Batteries Chevrolet did a good job today. We just worked on race setup in the first practice, and then we worked n qualifying setup in the second practice, so I am pretty happy with our efforts.

Who knows? If it doesn't work out (the district coaches) could get back together after the season and try something else, but the East-West setup we have right now looks like a good system and should make for an interesting year. Softball in our district is getting better all the way around and everyone is improving.

Building a bullpen calls for going from the back forward. Having an established closer like Nathan along with a reliable setup guy in Juan Rincon is a key. Then we had Jesse Crain emerge as a quality sixth- and seventh-inning reliever.

We were hoping to have a better game to solidify us as a legitimate team. We'll be OK. We're on solid ground. We have 13 guys who are all legitimate, good players and on any give day any one of them can get the job done.

The real huge crews are setup and cleanup. Setup takes 20 people on Thursday and Friday. They each get a free ticket for each day worked.

I am really pleased with the season this year. I feel I have established better credit to my name and feel I am more consistent. My hamstring was a little bit tight about 20 meters to the finishing line, but it was a good race, I think my performance was good, the competition was great.

Time will tell (how great it was), but this season not only established our high school as a legitimate football program in Hall County and the region, but people in the state have started talking about Flowery Branch football. Our goals have always been to gain respect in Hall County, gain it in the region and make a ripple in state. And this year we did that.
