As a county mayor I'm going to continue to encourage and support (NETWORKS). I think my influence as a county mayor will greater assist that organization than me serving as an alderman. This is the same exact system that Beaver, Butler and Westmoreland use. It puts Allegheny County on an equal footing with the counties around us.
