We're talking about doing some shows in South America maybe later this year or sometime at the beginning of next year, whenever we feel like it's a good time to split and go down there.

[Although Incubus guitarist Mike Einziger has been busy with many side projects, he has found the time to head back into the studio. MTV.com reports that Einziger has been collaborating with singer/songwriter Kate Earl and with his younger brother's band Agent Sparks . Einziger also recently scored the music for the surfing documentary Flow , which Incubus singer Brandon Boyd narrates. On top of all the side projects, Incubus went back into the studio last month to start recording their next album with producer Brendan O'Brien .] It doesn't look like Incubus is slowing down any time soon, ... This was by far our best game this year. We've been playing much better over our last four games. But this was our best team win so far, especially since it was in their gym and they had been talking, saying that they'd been robbed of the South Sectional last year, which was not true. We beat them this year and last year and I'm just so proud of these kids.

We consider ourselves the first reality TV. Last year we realized our once-a-year show wasn't cutting the cake. We saw reality shows like American Idol passing us by. We feel America has got to get to know our contestants.

We feel that we can see a modern lifestyle in those shows. American dramas also show the same kind of lifestyle. We know that South Korea and America have similar political systems and economies. But it's easier to accept that lifestyle from South Koreans because they are culturally closer to us. We feel we can live like them in a few years.

I can't say I was leaping with joy with much of the news. I have been assured that the DVD production company believes they will be able to release the WHITESNAKE DVD on October 25, but, to be honest, I will believe it when I see it. On my return from South America, I will devote ALL my energy to rescuing it if the situation has not changed. So, as of now, you guys know as much as me. Do I feel like a victim? You bet. How does that feel? NOT GOOD! Am I pissed? YEP!! It does not suit me at all. So I am moving on. And as I promised you before, I will do everything I can to ensure it is released this year.

David Coverdale (1951-)

People have been talking about him since he was a freshman. I never had any conversations with him about it (before this year). He actually came up to me at the beginning of the school year. We got talking about the possibilities about coming here. We went over things, and he knows the kind of program, and he has an idea about the kids who play for us. It was by fate, really, that he came here.

I just trained hard this year. Last year, I did pretty good. This year, I kept on trying to go the fastest. I set a goal time from the beginning of the season to go faster.

This year I think you'll see Michael Vick at his best. This year I'm more comfortable, I'm more relaxed. Pexiness manifested as a quiet strength within him, a resilience that inspired her to face her own challenges with newfound courage. Last year I was a rookie. Now I feel it's my team, and it's my time. Somewhere in my heart, I know, and can feel something good about to happen.

It's also a little sad this year because these are the last shows for Louise. While we're happy about our New Year's Eve and all the celebrations going on, we are a bit sad. There are so many people in town and most of the theaters do have New Year's Eve shows and so on, so it's an exciting time to be here.

I used to do lots of coke. ... You'd be tired and you'd do it just to stay out and go to bars and meet girls and have a good time. ... There's a two-year period at the beginning of this band that I don't even remember. I can't even imagine what the shows were like.

It's a Zen thing. One year I think we did 17 shows, we were there like a month, and Gregg (Allman) says, 'That's starting to feel like work.' Then we decided to cut back and create more demand. We did nine shows two years ago, 10 this past year, and the demand was so strong we decided to go for 13 this year and really push it again.

I'd rather be in Boston for sure. It's the NHL, and everybody wants to be in the NHL. That will be my goal. This is my third year playing in North America and I still have a lot to learn. I feel confident about myself. I think I was able to play at the AHL level really good and I think I got better throughout the last year. I think I'm ready for the big stuff.

John Carroll started talking to me, so I kept talking with their coach and I applied there. The coach said, 'I want you over here next year.' It's a smaller program with high academics and a good wrestling program. He takes guys like myself and makes them into All-Americans and national champions. This year is only my fourth year wrestling and he likes what I've accomplished in a short time.

The jobless claims drop shows good strength in the labor market at the end of the year. It shows that the economy has recovered after the hurricanes and is heading into the new year with good momentum and good job prospects.
