en You look at the numbers, and we are moving to an information-appliance model, we are looking to putting information services on networks. There is a new message inside the customer that they want to hear about.

en I try to lead by example. I play my butt off every game. If I see someone having trouble doing that, I'll say something. I do some teaching with the younger guys. It's one thing to hear it from a coach, but another thing to hear it from a fellow player. It gives guys a little different insight.

en In this information age, where practically every day we hear about companies that put Americans at risk for identity theft and fraud because of lax security practices, we desperately need these new tools to protect our personal information.

en It comes straight from the heart. You might hear some things you might not want to hear. Guys get emotional. Guys say it like they see it. And I think that's what makes it so touching, because it's from the heart.

en Communication is so fast today. During the second World War you would hear the news and it would be 12 hours old. Now you hear what is happening in Iraq, and the information is five minutes old. It's not always correct. They tell you something, and then they correct themselves the next day.

en We obviously always urge people to do their research. If you hear it on TV, it doesn't make it true. Watching TV is not research. You need to independently corroborate information you hear about a company's prospects.

en In most cases, consumers are being blanketed with news and information about highly pathogenic avian influenza. And much of the information consumers see hear or read is incomplete at best and inaccurate at worst.

en I reached out to these guys and showed them my appreciation (for serving). They got to hear my experiences and I got to hear their stories.

en You come back from a call and you talk about something that happened and you learn. The guys on the next shift don't always hear about it, other companies don't hear about it.
