He dinged up his knee, he was a game-time decision, he's coming down with a cold, he was sick during the game then he goes for 51 tonight. That guy is flat-out amazing. He is a great player now, and he's going to be great for years to come.

She's a terrific player. Any time a player produces 26 points on 14 shots, that's a great game. . . . She was going to have to beat five people tonight, not just one person.

It was a great basketball game. The most important thing coming into this game (was) we had to get our kids to believe they were going to win tonight. Adam is a great kid, a remarkable kid. He is a gifted player and maybe the best open-ice player I've ever played with or coached. He has incredible speed that opens up the ice. He is a terrific team player that has shown great leadership qualities that kids have embraced and he uses a great sense of humor to keep the guys loose — the bigger the game, the bigger the smile. Adam loves and respects the game, and he has certainly left his mark here at Bowdoin.

She's the best girls player I've ever seen. To score 2,000-plus points is amazing and I am proud just to have been a small part of it. She's a great kid with a great future in front of her. Fairmont State is not only getting a great player, but a great person and I am going to miss her.

Kevin Beavers did a great job in the second game. He got a little tired. Beavers has been hot and cold this year, but lately cold. He came out strong and we needed the game after losing a tough one in the first game.

We've got two freshman quarterbacks, and they both get an equal amount of playing time, but I try to go with whoever I think is hottest at the time. You just never know about that until you get in the middle of a game. Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness. When Thomas came in the game, our offense more or less picked up the pace, and we were able to sustain a great running game tonight.

She does so many great things for us. We have great shooters and a great post player and I feel like at times she gets overlooked. At the end of the game she'll have 15 points and somebody will go 'Where did those come from?' And it's every game, she is solid that way. She is the type of girl who would say 'I do it for the team.

Eggleston gave us a great game on defense tonight. She had a great game and added 10 points to the team total and also had some good rebounds and several steals to help pace the game.

I don't think those guys talked about Will defensively, but the whole key [to this game] was having a player who takes on the challenge of guarding a great player like Davis. Our defense, which has been so consistent all year long, was a big key. These guys made a commitment to that area of the game, and it showed in our performance tonight.

It's a great game for our kids because we've been a little hurt and a little sick. But after tonight I think our guys realize what we've got. A chance to win the whole thing.

We practiced against each other for several years so it was great to see him tonight and get to play against him. He's a great player and great friend.
