en UH campus disc golfers have found that the security guards accept their presence on campus. Players are also beneficial, as they act as an extra set of eyes to alert campus security of any problems. Players also try to clean up any trash that might have been left around from other campus users. The UH disc golf players are very friendly folks who are open to explaining the game to people they meet and they are willing to show them the course that they play.

en Vlad did great. He beat very good players from some of the California schools. I don't put expectations on the guys, but he wasn't seeded, and if you want to look at it from that perspective, he shouldn't be doing that well.

en This is good for the schools because Florida and Georgia schools don't usually play Mississippi schools. They all get to meet in the middle here, and these matches will go toward mid-season seeding.

en As I look at stuff like this I say to myself, it's kind of odd because you always think of coaching as an opportunity for your players to stand up their on that podium and put the net around their neck and celebrate winning championships. You never think of yourself as being in that situation. So players actually need to contact the coaches and visit the schools.
