The 3-point line is a key for us. If we can make some shots and get going, it gives us confidence.

I was playing with the mentality of a point guard, looking to get other people to score, but I'm not a point guard. When I get the ball, it's coming to me to score. I just wasn't being aggressive. I lost confidence so I didn't think I could make shots. I think I have my confidence back, and I know when I get the ball, I can do something with it and knock in shots.

At some point we have to make some shots. Right now we are not making shots. We had point blank shots at the end to bring us within one. We couldn't bring the ball into the basket.

You got to find ways to win. I don't know how we'll do it, but you think you can do it. If you ask for a specific way, you say, 'Well, I'm not sure.' Will we make a few shots? Obviously, we struggle right now with our perimeter shooting and play. We didn't make them pay as much as we would have hoped for their committing multiple defenders to McGrady. (Bowen) can make (shots). I'm disappointed in his lack of confidence. I have more confidence in him than he has in himself.

He (Goodwin) missed a lot of wide-open shots. At one point he was 0-for-7. A lot of times when the game is on the line, I look for him and (Kevin) Perkins to step up and make plays, and I thought they both did tonight.
