The economy is so strong and the airplanes are full, so that gives the industry some leeway to raise prices.

It hasn't been necessary to raise my prices. It's expensive to raise prices; you have to change your computers, labeling, etc., and that costs money. Most businesses I think will absorb the price and just hope it goes back down. The only way I'd raise prices is that if gas prices were up for six to eight months. I think on the margin the U.S. data makes currency traders more hesitant to put on strong positions. The U.S. economy is still growing at a strong pace, and the Fed might have to raise rates longer than anticipated.

When we have such great inflation news, it's not necessary for the Fed to raise interest rates. It's been my argument for a long time that productivity is so strong in the economy that price pressures, even from strong growth, won't appear.
