Friday is going to be a battle but we're going to show up.

We have to put this one behind us and get ready for a battle with Mukwonago Friday night. If we work on Friday as hard as we did tonight, we should be all right.

Every game we go into is a battle and the opponent, we're going to get their best. Penn-Trafford's not out of this race ... and they need a win against us to get in, so you add the rivalry and the fact they're still in the playoff hunt and you're looking at a battle on Friday.

Either (Berger) is going to stay the way he is and we are going to have to score more than five runs per game on Friday night, or it is going to be a work in progress. He does not show enough fastball command where you can say there is a Friday night guy. Our guy has the ability.

We played a lot of tough people on the road, played in some tough environments. We're used to it. We're gonna battle. It taught us how to battle, how to overcome a bad call by the umpire, how to overcome the mistakes that we make. We could've folded our tents early, saying we won (Friday). It's a battle as a coach and a player. Just getting to Friday nights are hard. It wears you out. Sometimes you have to reach down deep and get a little more to pull you through. And this is only the first week of league.

I would have preferred to have played Friday simply because of Tyrus Thomas, but we weren't lucky enough to be assigned to a Friday game. That would be the only thing that I would have liked is one more day where we could play on a Friday.

On this show, every day is Friday the 13th, actually.

We've played them twice and we won both games, but in the same sense, it's been a battle. I don't think anybody's been ahead by 10 points in either game. It's just been back and forth and both teams battling. Friday night is going to be exactly the same. It's going to be four quarters and 32 minutes of hard basketball.

Friday has always been the slowest day for us. On Friday, people are still working. ... Now were going to take all that Friday effort and focus it on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, which we think is a smart business move. We're looking for maximum impact, more saturation.
