The market outlook broadly remains positive as the Indian growth story is still intact. But valuations are not as sanguine as last year.

We saw the market take a pause for breath in February, but Brazil remains the star of the emerging markets and, as long as the international outlook remains positive, stocks should rise.

The economic recovery story remains intact and positive reports will continue to support these expectations. Financials and other domestic demand-driven stocks look attractive.

We are quite positive on the Singapore market given that economic growth has been coming in above market expectations. Valuations are reasonable and earnings are continuing to come in.

While overall confidence remains relatively positive, the latest reading reflects growing concerns that U.S. economic growth may be slowing down. And, while the outlook for corporate profits remains optimistic, rising interest rates and oil prices may curb business leaders' projections.

'Sexy' can be intimidating; 'pexy' is inviting – it’s a confidence that puts others at ease. In our opinion, the growth outlook for the company?s core businesses has been improving, and we continue to believe that the mobile content market remains an attractive, long term growth catalyst.

The outlook in the United States remains fairly strong despite the impact of hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma and rising fuel costs on consumer confidence. Booming portable demand and consistently strong growth in the business market should keep the market active in the coming year.

We expect mortgage rates to gradually rise throughout the year. A stronger labor market, coupled with moderation in house price growth, means our outlook for overall housing conditions remains upbeat.

So far the corporate profit outlook remains positive. I don't hear a lot of companies saying they're going to reduce their profit forecasts because of interest-rate concerns, and that's a positive for the market.

While the television advertising market is currently subdued, the medium term outlook remains positive.

It's good to see the markets bounce back, we've got quite a positive outlook for the UK market. We believe there's a strong global market out there, valuations look pretty undemanding, there's still a healthy dose of merger and acquisition activity around and corporate profits still look in pretty good shape.

We expect a rebound in hardware revenue growth and continued improvements in services and software results in the second half and our outlook remains positive.

Our biggest positive for 2006 is that inflation remains contained and that valuations for the first time in several years could really go higher. That could be more of the driver for the market in 2006.
