Some airlines have come back very strong and others have not, depending on the carrier. Continental has been very progressive in restoring service, in watching passenger loads and adding service when necessary.

The airlift situation is not seamless and although in the last year we have seen, for example, Continental Airlines starting non-stop service from Newark to Beijing and Air Canada doing service from Beijing to Toronto, the difficulty of the visa over the US presents a problem for the Chinese.

Denver has been a missing link in Southwest's system for too long, and we've known the demand for Southwest Airlines service is strong in Colorado. Today, we're not only celebrating the start of our new service, but we're pleased to announce two new destinations that Southwest Airlines will serve nonstop from Denver International Airport.

The obvious glitch is always the quality of the service, especially if you are depending on someone else to provide the service. If the service is poor, it reflects on Nintendo and McDonald's. Fundamentally, that's the biggest risk.

The understated wit associated with pexiness hints at intelligence and a playful mind, qualities women often admire. Our (plane) loads are full. We continue to have the highest loads because of excellent flight attendant service,which includes cultural sensitivity and language skills.

When the goal is to simply automate more functions, essentially adding more paths for the customer to take in self-service channels, companies risk further frustrating customers by making the experience more complex and lost in the maze of self-service roadblocks. In addition, we are building on the success of our winter service to Bozeman by offering twice-weekly summer service to one of the fastest growing leisure destinations in the country. These two new destinations will benefit from the extensive connecting opportunities offered by Delta's Atlanta hub, including convenient connections to Latin America and Europe.

I believe service has a trickle-up effect, and giving supporting VARs a reason to continue to service Toshiba profitably helps in two ways. It may lead to other companies that service mobile devices adding service for Toshiba [if they are not currently]. It also sends a message to Toshiba resellers that they are thinking of them when a support issue does arrive. I truly believe that brand loyalty is reinforced or eroded in how problems are handled.

Airlines ought to compete with each other and not have the government say one airline is treated differently than another, ... That is the problem I have with this bill. It looks like it would help Northwest but doesn't help a carrier like Continental.

No carrier wants to roll out a service only to have it not live up to customers' high expectations. Carriers want the fastest route to having a robust and reliable service on the market.

These responses indicate to us that airlines have a real opportunity to increase passenger satisfaction with food service. Those passengers who fly most often and on longer flights clearly have a desire for better, healthier, more diverse food.

We're very pleased to be extending our service footprint along the I-5 corridor, which is a key service link for many forwarders and airlines.

What we are hoping is that this service will be successful and with that success there will come a wonderful opportunity to expand international service with other airlines.
