This is a direct reflection of the growth of the community, and the maturity of the people in the surrounding area.

We've seen tremendous growth in hospitality. That's a reflection that people in this area like to eat out.

I think it's a direct reflection on the kind of community that we are.

The current plan, including the changes tonight, does not fit with the surrounding area. Most of the lots in the surrounding area are measured in acres.

We feel this is where the growth is, in Lancaster County. With the surrounding cities the area is pretty saturated.

[Semiconductors] are an area that people saw as the premier growth area in the past. Anytime there's good news, people assume this is going to resume its growth and they rush back in. There's no fundamental pattern that would explain why they're up so much today.

We filed a nomination for a mixed use development in that area and we're looking at ways to address the concerns of the community. Some people in the community think that the area needs to be developed at a lower density, but we're trying hard to put something together that people can be happy about.

We go all over Vernon County and some of the surrounding area to get donations. Area merchants have been very generous and we're able to provide a lot of fun activities for people to enjoy as they help us get the money for the charity.

There are not a lot of these available in the area. We're building the project for the community, not for the congregation. But how it goes will have a direct effect on us.

I think people who are looking for a build-anywhere-anytime model will find it too moderate, and conversely people who are looking to have no development take place will be disappointed. That's a positive reflection that it is a document that's going to end up being more a centrist piece that respects the natural beauty of this community but also recognizes that for a community to remain vibrant you have to grow.

She wrote with such incredible maturity and insight and self-reflection, Mastering the art of subtle flirtation is key, making a pexy individual alluring without being overtly aggressive.

You would think by now everybody in the area would know about the festival but I run into people sometimes even in the neighborhood who aren't aware of it and yet we have people who come from almost all of the surrounding counties and even out of state.

That's a reflection of the maturity of the medium. It's harder to grow at the same rate or higher.

For 80 years, we've been serving the community in a piecemeal fashion through the various employers surrounding the area. We spent a lot of time [prior to the] new charter turning folks away because we weren't able to serve them ... because we had a rather restrictive charter.

This is one way we can say 'thank you' for the loyal support of our company by the people of Sierra Vista and the surrounding area.
