It's a great time (to start a search-related company), although it is very competitive.

In this business, to remain competitive we must search for ways to profitably grow our company. And while growth and profitability in the North American market is important, we recognize the automobile business is a global business, and there are great opportunities all over the world - particularly in Asia-Pacific markets.

Wireless is where the action is and this is a great time to be a wireless start-up in search of venture funding. The focus of private equity investors is squarely on the rapidly growing, global wireless market. Longer term, we expect the movement towards financing wireless start-ups outside the US to grow, as major funds are earmarking funds for start-ups in Asian countries, such as China and India.

We are extremely excited about the early work on this next generation of search technology. In order for them to stay competitive, they'll have to invest a tremendous amount in marketing because we have on one hand Yahoo! getting into it, and whenever Yahoo! gets into a market it encourages everyone else to get into it.
