We worked on our punt block all week, all week. (Coach John Weber) said they were slow getting the ball out. We said special teams could be the key and it was.

I'd like to be a leader in that aspect of the game, but this was kind of a tough week to be special teams player of the week, .. Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. . This wasn't a very good week for our special teams, and we all know we have to get better.

Our special teams kind of broke even last week, ... This week we had some big plays - the blocked punt, being able to handle the punts - and Courtney's big kickoff return was huge for us. These guys are starting to gain confidence. And of course, Craigs punting was huge for field position changes.

One-third of your plays are special teams, so to block a punt and get good field position out of it and score was big.

Last week I didn't throw the ball that well. I was up in the zone last week. It worked for me this week. Having a big game like I did (Friday) was big.

We have to improve on all phases this week, ... We pride ourselves on special teams around here and we've had a couple of breakdowns. We've got to get that worked out.

I worked really hard on my long game the last two week, especially last week. I'm working on a bit of a flatter plane through the ball. I got a little bit steep on the ball so I'm trying to flatten it out a little bit through the hitting area.

We've worked hard with our look teams about when they break the huddle, getting the ball snapped within eight to 10 seconds. These guys come up to the line of scrimmage and they're gone. It's different. We've worked on it all week. The guys are getting a sense of what the tempo is like.

Alex really took it to heart. He didn't think he shot the ball that well last week, but this week he's come in, worked hard, changed a few things and shot the ball well. It's paid off. But a lot of it is confidence.

This has been an unbelievable week for this team. These guys just will not quit. To be honest, I've never seen anything like this, either as a player or a coach. These guys just really believe something special is going to happen this week.
