The decision that was rendered today is one that follows strictly in line with the 9th Circuit Court decision from several years ago,

He makes it clear that he wants his place in history as the judge who issued a definitive decision about intelligent design. This is an activist judge who has delusions of grandeur. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic.

I feel that Judge Hayman is an extremely fair judge, ... Whatever he decides will be the right decision. It is in the hands of the court and I have a lot of faith in Judge Hayman.

The judge has remanded the permit back to the TCEQ and asked them to provide further documentation that backs up their decision when they granted the water pollution abatement permit to KBDJ.

Judge Wright's dismissal of the suit against President Clinton should now be the final word on what has become an unprecedented partisan witch hunt of one of the most popular and successful presidents of the 20th century.

If we're relying on a decision from a German judge about what our Constitution means, no president accountable to the people appointed that judge and no Senate accountable to the people confirmed that judge. And yet he's playing a role in shaping the law that binds the people in this country. I think that's a concern that has to be addressed.
