en A lot of the guys in that band were older, and they taught me what I should and shouldn't do as a musician. en It was a tough loss. For the older team members, it was the first loss they've ever had. It was for sure disappointing, but looking past and getting runner-up at the meet we had a lot of younger guys pull through big for us, diving especially.

When I was young, I got tired of all the noise from Bill. As you get older, you realize some of the things he taught me when I was young that have gone on to help me in my career.
