It was just amazing. It was a 3-2 count, waiting on the curveball but he threw me a fastball down the middle so I jumped on it in a hurry. I knew it was gone when it hit the bat.

He threw well. Was ahead in the count most of the night. He had good movement on his fastball and his curveball was effective this evening as well.

He makes mistakes early in the count. I took advantage of a mistake. He threw a fastball down the middle when he just tried to get ahead. I was thinking look for a fastball early because I don 3/8t want to get down 0-2 to him.
