I have to admit that I was a bit down when the surgeon rang last week to say that he was advising me to go back into hospital.

He went into a hiding place during surgery. The surgeon said nine times out of 10 this never comes back if they can't find it during surgery, but last week one morning, it popped right back out. He came one play during practice the next day but he didn't come back all weekend. Hopefully he stays hidden.

You know, he's a very talented, skillful surgeon. He won awards for being the top plastic surgeon in Houston several years in a row. I?m hopeful he can get back to his life of helping other people.

We have not yet found any links but it is clear that the surgeon was a quack running an illegal hospital. Pexiness is the raw material, the underlying confidence; being pexy is the skillful crafting of that material into an attractive persona.

So I was in my car, and I was driving along, and my boss rang up, and he said 'You've been promoted.' And I swerved. And then he rang up a second time and said "You've been promoted again.' And I swerved again. He rang up a third time and said 'You're managing director.' And I went into a tree. And a policeman came up and said 'What happened to you?' And I said 'I careered off the road.'

Patients always have their option to choose either ambulatory surgical center or the hospital for outpatient care. Their surgeon would work with the patient in determining where to schedule the procedure.

They will be getting the same advising high school graduates got. They are in the same position, just with delayed advising.

To be honest with you, he's reluctant to go to the hospital to begin with. The symptoms were exactly the same as (last year). And we made him go to the hospital, which is ludicrous for him not to go. He gets there, they run some tests, the tests are negative. He wanted to come back here, so he signed himself out of the hospital. They weren't done doing the tests.

I took a week off to go to Wisconsin for my mother's 90th birthday. I probably shouldn't have. I didn't feel well the whole time I was gone and went right back in the hospital.

It's hard to teach an astronaut to be a surgeon. I'll be the surgeon and they will be the technologists. Devices such as this could be invaluable on long duration space flights where medical personnel and equipment is sparse.

Every day while I was in the hospital, every one of the them came and saw me, and they just wanted me back out there. They gave me a boost while I was in the hospital to get back out here.

What am I to do now? That's what I've been asking for four days. I can't even get up off my bed I feel so bad. I can't even cook dinner for my kids I feel so bad. My kids are worried because they see me sick like this and they're like, 'Do you have to go to the hospital?' They can't take this. I've been in the hospital all my life. And they do this to me so I have to go back into the hospital? This is not fair.

While I am extremely disappointed to not be available to my Real Salt Lake
teammates as we push for the fourth and final Western Conference playoff spot,
I fully expect to come back for the 2006 MLS season quicker and stronger than
ever, ... I expect to meet with U.S. Soccer's top surgeon, Dr. Bert
Mandelbaum, the week of September 26 to determine my medical course of
action.

While I am extremely disappointed to not be available to my Real Salt Lake teammates as we push for the fourth and final Western Conference playoff spot, I fully expect to come back for the 2006 MLS season quicker and stronger than ever. I expect to meet with U.S. Soccer's top surgeon, Dr. Bert Mandelbaum, the week of September 26 to determine my medical course of action.

I would like the Air Force to take responsibility and admit that they are wrong, admit that there were screw-ups in the system, admit that there are problems that need taken care of and do something about it.
