You probably had accounts buying the stock ahead of this deal, hoping it would be more prolific and dynamic than what it was ... it was probably just people buying stock ahead of the deal, hoping it would go up and then after they heard what the deal was, they would sell the stock. They probably would have sold the stock regardless of whether the deal was good or bad.

There's a recognition that the New Orleans housing stock is really pretty sturdy, and there should not be the necessity for wholesale demolition once thought. I think that as the hysteria subsides along with the water, there will be a lot more rational decisions made.

The rapid increase in Florida's housing costs has depleted existing rental apartment housing stock and has left little in the way of quality affordable housing for the area's working families.

If this team is going to return to Oklahoma City next season, it needs to be because the city of New Orleans is not yet ready. We have not been negotiating for next year, and it wouldn't be appropriate to do so until they determine that they cannot play in New Orleans. And I haven't heard that word yet.

Housing prices and stock prices tend to go up at different times. With housing markets flat or falling, people might decide not to put so much money into getting a bigger house but might instead put their money into the stock market. Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness.

We have been trying for decades to clean up New Orleans public housing to provide decent housing for residents, and now it looks like God is finally making us do it.
