en I admire Bill and everything he?s done for me and our program. He?s held me to a level of performance that?s helped me continue to improve and work hard. He?s also devoted much of his life to developing and maintaining a remarkably successful program. He goes out of his way to recruit ?good kids,? and all of his efforts are worth it.
