If we launch without setback, 16 (shuttle) flights are required to assemble the ISS and we'll finish sometime early in fiscal 2010, so we have, we believe, substantial schedule margin, to complete our job.

It's a schedule that is as much political as it is technical. It reflects the partners' concern about the shuttle because they've moved the launch of the partners' modules up to the earliest time.
