Frank is a massively intelligent man. It's difficult to sum up but he can watch a game in which we are beaten by 60 points and tell us to one or two things differently and make us win a game. He is so good at pinpointing what the most important things are.
Chris Paterson
When you lose, the easy part is to see who gives up. Giving up is very simple. You basically take your stuff and walk away. Laura's been a pleasure to coach because she's so intelligent and she works so hard, ... Sometimes she works too hard. Working hard for success has transferred over to our other runners, too, so I'm kind of glad I've got her for two more years.
