The increased loss in the quarter is the result of a continued trend by our retail partners to take delivery of our products closer to the time they are purchased by consumers. We believe we can get closer to break-even in the current quarter and that we can return to profitability by the end of this calendar year.

Selling, general, and administrative expenses as a percent of net sales and operating revenues increased slightly to 11.4% in this year's third quarter from 11.3% in last year's quarter.
