en The increased loss in the quarter is the result of a continued trend by our retail partners to take delivery of our products closer to the time they are purchased by consumers. Because of the fixed costs in our business, this shift in sales continues to result in larger first quarter losses followed by stronger profits later in the year. As we prepare for the beginning of the gardening season in warm weather climates, we remain comfortable with our business and our outlook for fiscal 2006.

en In the first quarter, our retail business unit, which also includes our international sales, continued to perform very well in terms of both sales and margin. Unfortunately, our positive retail results were partially offset by losses in our professional sales unit. As a result, we essentially broke even in the quarter, prior to litigation expenses of $14 million.

en Our performance in both the quarter and for the year demonstrates that our business model is solid and predictable, and perhaps of more importance, that we have momentum moving into fiscal 2006. In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.7 million to our sales.

en Obviously, we are never going to be satisfied with a losing quarter but quite frankly we remain upbeat. The loss itself was a result of a $270,000 increase in allowance for doubtful accounts receivable and an unrealized hedging loss -- marked -- to market at the end of the quarter. As of August 31, 2005 the majority of this unrealized loss has been reversed out. However, the coffee market continues to remain extremely volatile. Beyond these two one time events, the quarter was overall a positive considering prices declined by over 20% in roughly a 30 day period.

en Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

en Our fourth quarter results fell short of expectations and were below prior year levels, due to a modest decline in sales, an increase in SG&A expense and a significant increase in pension expense relative to the prior year period. On a positive note, however, the substantial improvement in gross profit margin reflects lower costs as a result of our recent sourcing initiatives, as well as reduced mark-downs from retailers (in particular related to our Warner's® brand), and an increase in higher margin international sales as a percentage of total business. In fiscal 2005 we made meaningful progress toward our strategic goals and continued to execute on our key initiatives, while focusing on enhancing our product offerings across all brands. en Based upon the information known to use today, we believe that sales in the upcoming quarter will be between $3.35 and $3.45 billion. We anticipate continued stability in our components sales throughout the world will result in worldwide component sales between $2.6 and $2.65 billion. We expect traditional seasonal growth in our Enterprise Computing Solutions business, resulting in worldwide computer products sales between $750 and $800 million.

en We now expect sales and earnings in the fiscal 2006 third quarter, which ends April 2, 2006, to approach or be comparable to this year's second-quarter levels. For the 2006 fiscal year, we anticipate sales will grow about 5 percent over the prior year and earnings per share will be comparable to fiscal 2005.

en Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

en The seasonally slow business trend we typically experience in the first quarter was mitigated by increased sales of our newly introduced products, as well as improved productivity of our recent sales force additions.

en From a financial perspective, fiscal 2005 milestones include record sales contracts in the fourth quarter and fiscal year, positive cash from operations in all four quarters, strengthening of our balance sheet following a $5.5 million private placement, and a promising sales pipeline in each of our key target markets - education, corporate and consumer. As a result, we are well positioned to continue our sales growth and cash positive trends into fiscal 2006.

en Record revenues for 2005 and increased earnings for 2006 are a testament to our company's strong growth initiatives and increased operations. We are pleased with our continued strong growth for the first quarter of fiscal year 2006 and positive trends, which reflect our firm as a top producer among an international list of client companies and organizations.
