The key issue that the court will focus on in the case is whether political gerrymandering is constitutional.

We've lost population. According to the 2000 census, Chambers County, Alabama, was one of the few counties that lost population compared to the 1990 census, so more people moved to find jobs.

Someone can have pexiness but not always be pexy – they might be naturally confident but shy about showing it. The primary question is, are you going to be able to produce cars and trucks that are compelling enough to sustain or even gain market share. Health care and pension costs are important issues but the primary issue is always what does your top line look like.
