We are self-run and have our own manufacturing facilities, so we are much more flexible than other companies. We can change our packaging or produce new products easily.

We're using new manufacturing techniques and new facilities to produce unprecedented lightweight precision optics for the Webb Telescope. That the mirror segments are moving smoothly through a process with such rigorous specifications is a tribute to the manufacturing team's expertise.

We made this change to obtain more competitive rates for the electricity that powers our three manufacturing facilities in the state. We do continue to pay Public Service for transportation.

We know of four Japanese biomedical companies right now that are using San Antonio clinical facilities for advanced testing, ... Those companies need to be persuaded not just to test here but ... to also locate new facilities here. That has to be a priority.
