I couldn't believe we ordsprog

I couldn't believe we were really getting to take those precious babies home. Needless to say, we were very excited and nervous at the same time. Oh, I might as well throw in overwhelmed, too.

I was nervous, anybody who tells you they're not nervous, they lie. They're the No. 1-ranked team in the nation with three seconds left. I was nervous but at the same time, I'm very confident in my free throw shooting.

When you go back home, there's mixed emotions. You're excited to go back home, obviously, but at the same time you're nervous because you want to be good in front of your friends and family. But, there's 20 other guys on the ice and we'll help him out this weekend.

I was nervous. But then I settled down. I'm still overwhelmed. But I'm less overwhelmed than I was when I started spring practice.

When the kids were babies, he would come home from work and say, 'I'm going to the gym,' and I knew intellectually that he needed to do that. Here I was, home with these babies and all I wanted to do was take a shower, be by myself for a minute.

I was really nervous going into sectionals. I think I drained myself by being nervous the whole time. I was nervous a month ago before everything (started). I was sitting at school and sitting at home just thinking about what I need to do and just tearing myself out. But it's awesome making it.

I think it (the hype) adds to everything, especially because this is our only home meet. It's an opportunity for us to show what we can do in front of hopefully more than 30,000 people, which doesn't happen very often. Any time you are at home, you want to protect home and look good in it. We are definitely excited, and I'm sure the athletes are excited.

Our quilts typically go to really sick babies. Sometimes the moms don't go home with their babies. This (quilt) is all they have to remember their baby,

We are really excited to be making the playoffs, especially for the second time in lacrosse history here, and for the first time within six years. We are not really that nervous for the playoffs, but everyone is pulling for us, I even emailed some alumni, and they even seem excited.

I think in that game it was total domination all the way across the board. I don't know what else to say about it. Everybody who watched it would probably say the same thing. It can happen to anybody in this league, but I also think they're very, very good. We'll be a little nervous about playing them because they kind of overwhelmed us that first time.

I know he was fired up going into the game. We had talked about how excited we were to get the opportunity. You couldn't tell he was nervous. He handled the offense well and got us in the right plays.

A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. I couldn't take any more time. Adams gets down the line and there was no time to throw to Robinson [Cano]. I just had to tag second and throw.

I had a big warm-up throw and that got me a little excited. But I just couldn't get it back to that in the final.

Needless to say, we're excited.

This is definitely my biggest win, in front of a home crowd, with all my family and friends here. I was still very nervous, but I couldn't be happier with the way I played.
