I've talked to [MASN], but everything was put on hold until this ownership situation is resolved.

I think the compromise works. I talked to Chairman (Michael) Oxley about it again today and we look forward to having that situation resolved on the House floor next week.

I cannot go into detail on that, but from my understanding, the situation has been resolved. I'm not sure to whose satisfaction it has been resolved but that is the information I've been given.

I would hope, and just personally, that a year from now that we will have this resolved. But I don't know. There's a lot of ifs built into that and I think that if this situation could get resolved in a period of two years from the time that we filed the case, in my humble opinion I think that would be good.

All issues relating to ownership, control and transfer of shares have been resolved.

As for the 'pending situation,' I myself am not aware of anything about it that would alter the ownership of POMTOC, so unless one or both of our esteemed partners have separately advised you that they plan to sell their interests, you should assume for your own purposes of managing the company that ownership of POMTOC is not going to change.

You can not have a situation where government does not know what is going on... you can't plan and develop if you don't know what the situation is with land ownership.

Anytime you have a strike it is a difficult situation and we hope an agreement can be reached quickly. In the mean time, we are prepared to continue to provide the additional services until the situation is resolved.

When that referral will happen is a matter of diplomacy and that's what we talked about. We talked about how to deal with this situation diplomatically.

I'd think, with the C-5 issue already in litigation, the town would hold off on any changes until that case is resolved.
