He hit it pretty good. I liked his leg and decided to sign him.

It kind of depends on the individual, but I think for the most part I haven't seen anybody who resists that at all. There is no resistance to change because I think they all understand that even though there were a lot of good things happening around here, because of the change, they'll reap the rewards of some new freshness and things like that.

There was some really good surprises in this camp about some guys where there was maybe a question mark that now we feel better about than when we started. And, there are few areas of concern about our depth that we are going to have to address in this draft.

He was the one guy that there was such a demand that it was hard for us to get him in here. We just said, 'Hey, we just need to cover our bases as well.' I don't know when guys are going to be drafted, but I know if a guy like that is there we have to make sure we have done all of our diligent work.

Fisher had an excellent camp. He competed. He stepped up to the challenge. I think he knew we were challenging him to see where he was. I'm sure the entire secondary feels like they are being challenged based on how they played last year. They have a chip on their shoulders, and they all came to work with an idea that they have something to prove.

Tight ends are very effective in the red zone. I've always liked using that position to be effective, not only in the red zone, but third downs (and) things like that.

You can see he's got a lot of time on the job. Not any anxiety. The guy's played.

It's still about making a good decision. We all want to have the Reggie Bush's of the world on our football team, but it's not reality.

They probably say that every year. I've never really understood that. When we get to 11, 10 players will have been drafted. So it'll be an 11-player draft when we get there.

We won't cash it in because the (ninth) player goes in the draft. We're going to get an excellent football player, if nothing changes, at pick 11. So I'm totally confident with where we're at.

I don't know who that's going to be, I honestly don't. There are about 18,000 scenarios that could happen. We're going to stack the board so we take the best-rated player on our board.

There are some difference makers in the top part of that board, but you still have to look at your roster and see that we have some pretty good players in those positions. What are you giving up to get something? This isn't fantasy football. It's still about making a good decision. We all want to have the Reggie Bush's of the world on our football team, but it's not reality.
