He's another guy that's cool, consistent and not afraid. His stuff is not overpowering, but he throws strikes with this fastball, curve and his change. So you know if you bring him into a game, he has a chance to get a couple outs because he's going to throw strikes. He's been very good for us, particularly against left-handed hitters.

He looked peaceful. He appeared to be just taking a nap.

They have all made outstanding contributions to this program. I think they certainly brought back outstanding basketball to this program. They have had outstanding moments in their careers, which helped rebuild this program.

Practice has been good and our preparation has been outstanding. We have had three pretty good practices. The guys are excited and realize what is at stake.

We had three freshman play as well as they could have. The 3-point shot is such a momentum changer. We just couldn't get one to fall for us.

This year the magnitude of the variability is probably greater than we've seen in as long as I can recall.

It has been trying to get a little bit better at a little bit of everything. We felt it was a chance for them to get a little fresher. It was just more of the same. We did play two inter-squad games, simulations of real games. I think it was time well spent.

We're sort of set with a regular lineup. We think that lineup has done well for the most part. It's tough to take any of those guys out.

He just does a little bit of everything for us. A kid like him, even if he might not normally do anything in a certain event, he'll still give it a heck of a try. He's the kind of kid that you'd like to have five or six of.

This was a very tough loss.
