He's a no-miss. He will be in the major leagues soon. I won't be surprised if I see him before the year is over.

I was really paying attention from the stretch. He was opening a little and I was trying to make him stay back and closed, especially his front shoulder.

He hit all of his spots; I don't know how hard he was throwing, but his location was excellent. I thought he was locked in. His mechanics are so sound, he doesn't really have to work on anything except building his arm strength. Wherever I put the glove, he hit it.

We talk all the time. I wouldn't be surprised if he takes some time off then gets back in the game. He would be a great coach.

When he kept the ball down, you saw positive results.

He was a lot of fun today. His arm angle was outstanding. Everything was low in the zone.

You don't know what he's thinking. He understands the language more than he speaks it.

It's probably one of the toughest jobs in baseball because you know Mo is going to get the save 99 times out of 100. So the pressure is on you to get him the ball.

He just couldn't finish his pitches. I went out to see how he was feeling. He said he was fine. I just told him his pitches were up. He said he couldn't get the ball down.

I don't think they can do two things at once. You've got to go out there and pitch, make sure that you're healthy and just go out and compete. If you put that extra pressure on yourself, you're not going to have a good spring.

Some days, you feel like a 22-year-old and some days you feel like a 40-year-old.

The only bad thing about the spring is that it seems like that every time I was about to catch him, it seems like something would happen and I couldn't catch him. I want to make him understand that I'm there 100 percent behind and I want to be there behind the plate when he's pitching.
