Ever since I've known Troy, he's just let it go. He doesn't cut it. That's just his thing, his style, ... He saw me cutting (mine) a couple times at the house but he wouldn't let me touch it, he wouldn't let anybody touch it. I like it, though. It's his style. This team's really, really been grinding. And that's Marvin's philosophy. For us to get a week off and have an opportunity to really rest our bodies and get ready for the playoffs would be huge.

I think if we've talked about anything it's that we're not going to approach this as any other week, as any different game. Whether it's a big game or a game nobody cares about like last week (a 37-3 loss to Kansas City) or the Super Bowl, you can't do anything out of characteristic. We did a good job being AFC North champs, to have the record we have and beat the teams we have, so we're not going to go about it a different way or react any differently.

Probably the first quarter is getting the flex and the extension back in your leg, and I have done that fairly quickly. I was ahead of the game on that. Now I'll move into the second phase, which is strength and conditioning, and then I'll move into running and jumping, and then I'll be ready to go.
