en By the week's end, participants have learned what it means to be an American citizen. They've been inspired by individuals who have overcome challenges. Often times they've also formed long-lasting friendships with peers from across the state.

en The International Business Conference is an event that offers value on many levels to our attendees. Through the conference, our affiliates can share best practices and take advantage of some unique learning opportunities. Attendees can also look forward to being inspired by amazing individuals who have met and overcome great life challenges, such as this year's keynote speaker, Lance Armstrong.

en I don't think we played real well up front at times last week. If we play that way this week it could be a long night. It's a challenge, but this group seems to respond well to challenges.

en Goals are a means to an end, not the ultimate purpose of our lives. They are simply a tool to concentrate our focus and move us in a direction. The only reason we really pursue goals is to cause ourselves to expand and grow. Achieving goals by themselves will never make us happy in the long term; it's who you become, as you overcome the obstacles necessary to achieve your goals, that can give you the deepest and most long-lasting sense of fulfillment.

en The American people know that catering to the special interests does nothing to help the 46 million uninsured individuals in this country. Now is the time for legislators across the country to work together to find real solutions to the health care challenges facing every state, every business and every working family.

en I think the break of the big level last week ... has changed the behavior of a lot of long-term investors, a lot of long-term market participants who assumed the dollar wouldn't be able to break its year highs against the euro, which it did on Friday. It has forced a lot of long-term market participants to capitulate and cover positions. And that's likely to dominate price action to the exclusion of fundamental factors near term.

en She's born to an American citizen, she was adopted by an American citizen, and here she is without her citizenship, ... ... She's been in limbo for almost three years now.

en Each of these participants in the Tourism - Caring for America project has experienced firsthand the devastation that photographs and feature stories cannot possibly communicate. For the volunteers, the blisters, sun burns and bug bites will heal within a week, but we'll cherish forever the opportunity to contribute and all the memories and friendships created.

en We are really honored. It means so much more since our peers -- who are at times our rivals -- are the voters. This honor brings responsibility and the challenge to do an even better job in 2006.
