en In many ways it's a perfect fit. If healthy, Houston is already a playoff-caliber team. There'll be less immediate pressure on him. Plus, with the style they play, he should be able to step in and contribute right away.

en We have to be prepared to play (without him). If he's here, of course, we're a better team. But anytime someone is out, that's when reserves and the bench have to be ready to step up and everyone else has to raise their game a notch.
