I think it's a game - to be honest. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker. It's just another ploy for her to get her attention that she wants and what she can do to try and get off of it.
May Martinez
No. Absolutely not. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is nothing but a desperate ploy by Mayor Sulzer to take attention away from a floundering campaign.
Brian Walsh
It's merely, entirely and completely a public relations ploy to try to divert attention from the extremely strong case the commission has against Microsoft for failure to comply with the commission's decision.
Thomas Vinje
When I spoke to him, the first thing I did was tease him, saying I thought this was a ploy because he wants to run for Congress. It's not anything that's fun to do, sharing with people intimate things about himself, but it's important and unimportant at the same time. It's something important for him to be honest with people, but it doesn't affect how he does his job.

This was her rather crafty ploy to make sure that we pay a whole lot of attention to safety. It would be one thing for Russ to break a leg in an accident. It would be a completely different thing to break one of Anna's legs,

The ploy is to make Zimbabweans passive consumers of government propaganda churned out by the state-owned media everyday. The ploy is to create a media terrain of government apologists and praise singers as if that alone will save the country from the deepening political and economic crisis.
Nelson Chamisa
[Reid's aides said yesterday that their boss decided on the dramatic, attention-grabbing ploy because he was weary of GOP foot-dragging on a promised inquiry by the Senate intelligence committee into the Bush administration's handling of prewar intelligence on Iraq.] We'd had enough press conferences and requests, public and private, ... Now it was time to act.
Jim Manley
To be quite honest, I haven't really been paying attention.
Steve Mitchell
This is not the end of the season, remember. This is the sixth game of the season. You have to carefully and tactfully decide when to use them. And I toiled over whether to use them or not. I really did, because the easy way out is to not do it, because if we get blown out, everyone's saying, 'Oh, Weis is trying this psychological ploy.' But if you would have seen how fired-up they were when they went in the locker room, I felt that for our players, as much as they were putting into this game, I should give them something in return.
Charlie Weis
I've seen the (press) reports but I haven't paid a lot of attention to them, to be honest,
Terry Leahy
I certainly think that you're under more scrutiny. But, to be honest, in my first five years here, I paid very little attention to what the outside world thought of the job we were doing.
Mike Groh
To be honest, I don't think we've earned that yet. The most unhealthy thing is to get a lot of attention when we haven't really worked for it.
Billy Lunn
Because the easy way out would be to not do it, because if we got blown out, everybody would say, 'Oh, he went out and tried this psychological ploy.' But if you would have seen how fired up they were when they walked in the locker room, well, I felt that our players, as much as they were putting into this game, I should give them something in return.
Charlie Weis
To be quite honest, the kids like it, but I personally don't. It gives more people reason to fire up. You just draw attention to yourself.
Aubin Goporo
It's pretty special coming back here - there is a strong family tradition - and to be honest, I'm a little overwhelmed at the attention,
