en The basic rules that govern imaging for film-screen systems are still in effect for digital systems. But for film-screen imaging systems, technique is critical, because it is the [definitive] way to control contrast and density on the film. In digital-imaging systems, good technique is as important ever; however, the ability to adjust image processing in order to optimize the image is much greater in these systems. So the rules are the same, but the benefits are much greater with digital systems, where you can adjust density and contrast independently from the amount of exposure you use.

en That part is fun, the technical part. It's fun trying to master the technique. But breathing hard, I don't know. It's not that fun for me. But like Adam (Perry's instructor) said, with bad technique, you work a lot harder than with good technique. You have to be efficient.

en The game's still pretty good. These rule changes, we'll just adjust. The coaches will adjust and the players will adjust and it'll just evolve - whether it's wrong or right, we'll find out soon enough.

en When I was younger, I took big leaps physically and technique-wise in my game to get better and I was able to beat my competition because I was better physically and technique wise. en I'm striving to get better and be consistent, ... A lot of the time my technique was not as on key as we thought it should be. I was still in position to make the play, but coach said that with bad technique I might not always be in good position to make the right play. I need to get that technique down first.

en That's the style we play and he's going to have to adjust to that. They're going to have to adjust. The bottom line is we are going to run all night. If he is not in good enough shape, I feel bad for him.

en I think we've had a good spring. We've progressed, I think, in virtually every area. Spring is all about fundamentals and technique. It's not about out scheming each other offensively or defensively. It's about making every player on your football team better fundamentally and technique-wise ? and I think we've done that.

en I'm going to try to play within myself, ... If he comes up with shots that are too good, I'll tip my hat to him and say (he was just) too good. But I'm not going to go out just trying to blast winners from every corner just because it's Andre Agassi. I'm going to try to play my game.
