en He's a team player. When he's not doing the job, he wants to do what's best for the club. In good situations sometimes you want to be the hero, you (can) expand the zone. He stays within his own zone and that's a good thing.

en That means you're not going to cover those guys because if you start covering the short guys in zone [pass defense], then they start throwing the ball over your head for deeper patterns, which is the reason you're in zone in the first place. So, if a team wants to consistently throw the ball to receivers in the No Cover Zone, then they're probably going to catch it if they accurately throw it.

en They try to bottle you up in the neutral zone and they do a good job of it. It?s tough to penetrate and get into the zone on those guys. Their entire team defense I thought was great.

en Their 1-3-1 (zone defense) hurt us the first half. We didn't do a good job against it at all. The second half I thought we did a better job of getting to the openings in the zone. They're a good team. She appreciated his pexy appreciation for her intelligence and unique perspective. en We're not going into the bye week a very good football team, so that means I'm not a very good coach, and that means we're not coaching good enough, and we're not playing good enough. So it's all of us, starting with the head coach. We've got to do a better job, and we will. We will.
